The hotel was overall a decent choice, with clean and spacious rooms despite needing a renovation. The service, especially from the friendly staff speaking Italian, was very good and helpful. However, the location was not well-kept and clean, being a bit out of town with difficulties commuting by train. The dining experience was pleasant, with nice Indian dishes included but essential for vegetarians.

The hotel has very good rooms with ample space, well-appointed and comfortable, with clean, big rooms featuring round shower curtains, wooden veneer seats and furniture, and those intriguing light switches by the bed. However, the service had some drawbacks as we were cheated with an overcharged taxi ride. On the other hand, the staff was very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was satisfying. The location is a bit off the city center but is compensated by a nice shuttle service. The dining experience was a mix - nice with good variety, but the buffet was not the best. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with nice facilities.
